Summary
Chapter one is about not criticizing others. Why it is wrong to criticize others.  It is also about in order to get people to do something, you must get them to want to do it.  Another thing that it is about is how you should talk about what others want, instead of what you want. 

Chapter two is also about being genuinely interested in others, instead trying to get others to be the same way about you.  It is also about having a smile can help you make the right first impression.   It is also about remembering peoples’ name.  it pays a complement to the person.  It is also about listening to others with intent, and showing genuine interest in the person’s conversation. Do that to become the best conversationalist.
